The so called "Blue Book" containing the priorities and funds to be supported under the EEA and Norway Grants 2021 - 2028 is published and available here: https://www.eeagrants.bg/assets/resourcedocuments/1575/250224_BlueBook%20(1).pdf
Besides general information about the grants, you will find a description of all programme areas from which each country will chose its portfolio. The book also contains information about the specific funds to be created like the Civil Society Fund, Fund for Social Dialogue and Decent Work and the Fund for Capacity Building and Cooperation with International Partner Organisations and Institutions.
