The synthesis of the arts-various artistic and creative events, performances, exhibitions and initiatives, will revive the peripheral areas (the extreme districts of Sofia with a concentration of Roma population) by attracting new audiences. *Improved access to arts and culture, measurable by the number of people attending cultural activities.

*Support for audience development, measurable by the number of trained professionals; the number of performed artistic events and the number of performed artistic traveling events.

*Improved entrepreneurship in the field of culture, measurable by the number of developed and implemented plans to attract audiences.
