Short description of the project:

This project is designed to engage the majority of the population, which identifies itself as Bulgarian, and the minority groups in the face of the Roma, in cultural projects and to improve their access to culture and arts, thus improving their situation in Bulgaria, using culture and art as a means of developing skills and as a path to education. In this regard, the SAVORE Foundation together with its partners plans to perform the following activities: 1. Educational programs and webinars; 2. Promotion of Roma cultural initiatives 3. Conducting traveling performances and final "Festival of Roma Culture", Fakulteta, Sofia. 4. Forming a project team and project management 5. Publicity and information of the goals and activities of the project The project has a wide public significance, as the target groups that will be affected by its implementation are: - people from different minorities or ethnic groups with a clear focus on Roma artists, students, entrepreneurs, pupils, young people and others; - artists, employed in the area of art and culture, entrepreneurs, representatives of different minority or ethnic groups, young people (According to §1 of the Additional Provisions of the Youth Act, "young people" are persons aged 15 to 29 inclusive). The expected results from the implementation of the project are expressed in improved awareness of arts and culture of ethnic and cultural Roma minorities, as well as in the improvement of the situation of the Roma population in Bulgaria. The integration of minority groups will be the result of the project activities, as the emphasis is on the idea of involving representatives of the Roma community in its implementation.
