In the period 13 to 15 September 2023 at the Training Centre in. A working meeting of the expert group on the implementation of activity 2.4 "Development of a new code of ethics and staff training programme on professional ethics" under the project "Increasing the capacity of prison staff, building a pilot prison linked to a training centre and improving the rehabilitation of prisoners" (RAP2) under the Justice Programme was held in Pleven.
The aim of the workshop was to discuss the suggestions and comments made by the Norwegian partners and to prepare a first draft of a code of ethics for the civil servants of the DGIN to the Minister of Justice. The paper will be presented to the prison governors and the OISC for discussion.
