Government Agent Raina Georgieva from the Directorate "Representation of Bulgaria before the ECHR" attended a human rights specialisation organized by the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
The ten-day SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) Summer School is held annually at this prestigious institution and brings together human rights practitioners from around the world, some of whom have been involved in strategic litigation.
The course, which took place in the period 25 July - 4 August 2023, is the last in a series of summer trainings organized under the project "Strengthening National Capacity for Effective Enforcement of European Court of Human Rights Judgments", funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014 - 2021.
