In connection with the implementation of the programme "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups", a new call for proposals "Improving the conditions for education and care for children from 3 to 6 years" is scheduled to be launched.

Due to the great public interest in all projects and initiatives related to this topic, the Programme Operator is publishing for public discussion the main provisions of the application guidelines for the forthcoming call.
