On June 23, 2023, an opening event was held under the project "Innovative together - to stimulate employment and increase the competitiveness of the local market" with beneficiary ACKERS Ltd. and partner Cluster for Education, Training and Qualifications. The project is aimed at creating opportunities for employment and increasing the qualifications of unemployed persons and/or persons from vulnerable groups, by introducing innovative approaches for providing information about jobs, for improving the organization of work and for acquiring professional knowledge, skills and competencies. The general goal is to introduce innovative approaches aimed at stimulating economic activity and creating jobs in the city of Dimitrovgrad.
Part of the activities include:
- conducting a specialized HECATON event to identify the opportunities and needs of unemployed people and peoplefrom vulnerable groups for inclusion in the local labor market;
- selection of unemployed people and/or people from vulnerable groups and appointment of 4 (four) people to an employment contract with the candidate;
- conducting specialized training for the prevention of stress problems, creating a balance between work and life and building emotional resilience of newly employed people;
- supply of personnel evaluation software;
- introduction of an innovative approach for the development of local employment on the territory of the Dimitrovgrad municipality, etc.
The total cost of the project is BGN 383,000, and the deadline for implementation is April 30, 2024.
