In the period 17 - 21 July 2023, the first of the series of planned trainings for youth workers was held, in which all employees of the youth centers, financed under the "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups" participated. The agenda of the first training was aimed at building the capacity of youth workers and educational mediators who are part of the National Network of Youth Centers, touching on topics such as youth policy at local and national level, youth work and non-formal learning, sharing of good practices, youth spaces, the youth worker - role and functions, competence model, etc. The team of trainers, certified by the Council of Europe, relied on the "learning by experience" method, a unique approach to learning new knowledge and teamwork.
