In the period October 2 - 6, 2023, the second of the series of planned trainings for youth workers was held, in which all employees of the youth centers, financed under the "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups" Programme, participated. After a thorough analysis of the needs of the youth centers, the feedback received from the first training and the set training objectives, the second training set out to clarify and present tools for mapping and researching youth, to analyze the intersections through theoretical and practical examples, as well as to analyze what this means for the work of a youth center. Other aspects such as intercultural sensitivity and meaningful communication were also affected.
